Refund Policy

We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, here is exactly how returns and refunds work.

14-day change-of-mind

If you change your mind on an in-stock piece, you have 14 days from delivery to send it back. The piece must be unused and in its original packaging. We refund the full product price; return shipping is on you.

30-day made-to-order

Made-to-order pieces (anything tagged "made to order" on the product page) have a 30-day window. We refund the product price minus a 20% restocking fee to cover the maker's materials.

Damaged in transit

If your piece arrives damaged, send a photo within 48 hours to info@homeupja.com. We will arrange a free return and either replace the piece or refund in full — your call.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5 business days of us receiving the return. Bank transfers can take a little longer depending on your bank.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. Return the original piece for a refund and place a new order — it is usually faster.

Warranty

Defects that show up after the return window are covered by our 12-month warranty. We will repair or replace at our cost.
