Where we ship, how long it takes, and what it costs.

Kingston & St. Andrew

Free delivery on orders over JMD 35,000. Smaller orders: JMD 2,500. We deliver Tuesday – Saturday, 9am – 6pm. Same-week delivery on orders placed before noon.

Across Jamaica

Flat JMD 4,500 to anywhere else on the island, with partner couriers. Allow 2 – 5 business days. Heavy or fragile pieces may attract a small surcharge — we will let you know before we ship.

Diaspora

Yes, we ship to the US, Canada, the UK and the wider Caribbean. Message us on WhatsApp with the piece(s) you want and the delivery address and we will quote shipping.

Order tracking

Every order gets a tracking link by email and a WhatsApp update when the driver is on the way.

Missed deliveries

If you miss a delivery we will attempt one more time at no charge. After that a re-delivery fee of JMD 1,500 applies.

Customs & duties

Domestic orders have no duties. International orders are delivered DDU — any local duties or taxes are payable by the recipient.
